Samsung Galaxy Tab S prices show up ahead of launch

Samsung is preparing to introduce its first duet of AMOLED screen-packing tablets, namely the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and Galaxy Tab S 8.4. Thanks to a Finnish retailer Multitronic we can now get a glimpse at the European pricing of the two slates.

According to the listing, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is going to retail for €563.90. Compared to the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, that's about €75 more. As for the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 Wi-Fi, the Finnish store states a price of €449.90.
The Wi-Fi-only version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 (SM-T800) made the FCC rounds a couple of weeks back. There are also a couple of images that leaked, thanks to which we can see how the 10.5" tablet looks like in the flesh.
The Galaxy Tab S 10.5's display will have a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, while an Exynos 5420 chipset with octa-core CPU will make sure everything stays fluid. The Android version in charge is the latest available Android 4.4 KitKat.
While we can't verify the store's listing, it's information seems rather sensible, considering the launch prices of previous Samsung tablets. We'll get the full scoop on the Galaxy Tab S line-up on June 12.
