PS4′s streaming game service, Playstation Now, gets beta

Sony’s Playstation Now streaming game service has been receiving praise from the few who have tried it, but most of us haven’t been able to test it out.

Until now. Sony has announced that the Beta for Playstation now will be dropping on May 20th, which is, yes, you read that right, tomorrow.
They announced the news via the PS Blog, and if you’re one of the lucky new testers for the beta, you’ll be receiving an email asking you to try out Playstation Now soon.
The PS3 beta is also being made available to more users, so if you still have your Playstation 3 and haven’t received your invite in the mail yet, you might be in luck.
It’ll be interesting to see what Sony does with Playstation Now if users respond positively to the beta. The ability to stream games across a variety of devices definitely seems like the future of console gaming. Have you received your Playstation Now beta? If so, let us know in the comments!

The Elephone "Vowney" has a QHD display and 3GB of RAM for $299 and it runs Windows 10 Mobile

For a number of quite sound marketing reasons Windows-powered mobile phones rarely come near to the hardware in current Android powerhouses, but with the introduction of Windows 10 and sophisticated features like Continuum, this is set to quickly change. BeatsPill+ is the first Beats speaker post Apple acquisition

You can't be a part of Apple and not have a Plus model, Beats Electronics will testify. The first product out of the company after the acquisition is the BeatsPill+ wireless speaker. Sporting an updated design compared to the Pill 2.0, the new model keeps the shape of its namesake, but has the controls on a flat top plate and the drivers firing forward instead of up at an angle. 63mm high, the Pill+ is 17mm taller than the Pill 2.0, and it's also 2cm longer. That doesn't prepare you for the 745g of heft - the thing is 2.4 times heavier than the 2.0. The stereo speaker has a 2-way crossover for a total of four drivers. The Pill+ connects wirelessly via Bluetooth, and if you pair it with a phone, you could use its speakerphone function.
