Google Nexus 4 Now On Sale for $199 Unlocked

LG's completely stock Android smartphone gets a $100 price drop.

Google has dropped the price of its already affordable Nexus 4 smartphone, as reported by Android Central. The completely stock Android device originally launched last year for $299 and $349 unlocked, and now can be picked up for just $199 for the 8GB version and $249 for the 16GB model.

The LG-manufactured Nexus 4 is equipped with a 1280 x 768 4.7-inch display, a 1.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, and an 8-megapixel camera. Before purchasing the discounted device, you'll want to make sure that it's compatible with your carrier and that you'll be okay without LTE connectivity.
Google has stated that the Nexus 4 can be picked up for at least 25 percent off in Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Korea, the United States, and the UK. If you bought the device in the last 15 days, Google has offered to refund the difference through its Price Protection program.
Will you be getting the Nexus 4 now that it has received a significant price drop, or will you wait for its successor to be announced?
