McFarlane Toys has a trick up its sleeve...really!

McFarlane Toys is giving cosplayers and Halloween goers the best Assassin's Creed accessory they could ever hope for.
The renowned action figure company -- whose resume includes this limited-edition Halo statue -- is creating a forearm-mounted hidden blade toy modeled after the one in the upcoming Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
The life-size role-playing Blade and Gauntlet is 16.5 inches fully extended.
Set to release this fall, the $40 wearable accessory includes the hidden and gauntlet and features a "spring-loaded, retractable plastic blade, with a switchblade-style play action," according to the company.
"The intricately sculpted Blade section attaches to the bottom of the forearm with adjustable straps and the highly detailed simulated leather Gauntlet attaches to the top of the forearm with the strap and buckle," McFarlane Toys told IGN. "The life-size role-playing Blade and Gauntlet is 16.5 inches fully extended.  Features include a blade release trigger and a blade safety lock."
It also includes a bonus Skull Buckle that can be clipped onto just about anything.
