PS4: Third of Launch Titles Sold Supposedly EA Games

So claims the company's COO.

EA has claimed it's published a third of PS4 software sold so far.
Taking to Twitter, COO Peter Moore claimed titles including FIFA 14, Madden 25, Battlefield 4 and Need for Speed: Rivals made up a third of games sold out of the launch lineup.
What isn't clear is if Moore is responding to retail sales, or if he's including digital sales as well. 11 titles were available at retail for the PS4's North American launch last Friday, so the figure isn't too surprising if it's just focused on physical discs. If the digital catalogue is being included however, with the likes of Resogun and Warframe included, then it's a much more impressive feat.
With the PS4 due to launch in Europe on November 29, it'll be interesting to see if EA can repeat the feat the world over.
