HTC 10 to get Nougat by the end of year, M9 and A9 soon after that

HTC promised Nougat in early July and it has now revealed additional details.
The flagship HTC 10 will bite into Android 7.0 Nougat first, sometime in the last three months of the year. The HTC One M9 and One A9 will follow later. That's for the unlocked devices, carrier devices will have to wait a little longer.
This isn't the 15-days-after-Nexus update speed that HTC promised last year, but it's still a reasonably fast update.
The company tweeted that it received the Nougat software from Google and is now buckling down to adapt it to Sense and the HTC top trio. It's also working on pure-blood Nexus devices - Sailfish and Marlin.
