BioShock for iOS arrives for $14.99

BioShock for iOS has just landed and costs $14.99. The developers from 2K Games announced the arrival of the legendary title to Apple’s mobile platform earlier this month.

BioShock for iOS is a full port of the original 2007 game, so the premium pricing is hardly a surprise. The newcomer will feature slightly scaled-down graphics in order to be able to work with iOS hardware, as well as fit into the 2GB file size limit imposed by Cupertino.
Most importantly, the game is now available for you to download and try out.
BioShock for iOS will expectedly be compatible only with newer iOS hardware. The list of devices includes iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPad Air, iPad 4, and iPad mini 2.

Future Nokias may have Carl Zeiss optics, but HMD is playing coy

Image
Long before Huawei partnered with a legendary German camera brand, Nokia put Carl Zeiss-branded lenses on its phones. A recent Tweet led people to believe that partnership will not carry over to the HMD-made phones, but now there’s a glimmer of hope. It turns out that was a mistake - the tweet only meant that the current Nokias (6, 5 and 3) do not have Zeiss optics, not that new phones definitely will not have them. Of course, that’s not the same as confirming that they will, even though the tweet ends with a tantalizing “stay tuned”. If Zeiss does partner up with Nokia/HMD, the first child of that union will likely be the upcoming powerhouse of a phone scheduled for June. Source | Via
