LG G6 in our Photo compare tool

The LG G6 is here at the office, and we're subjecting it to our usual battery of tests. It's a time-consuming process, as you can imagine, but we're slowly getting there. Part of the routine is shooting our lab test charts with the G6 so we can add its images to our extensive database, also known as the Photo compare tool.
Photo Compare ToolWhile we're getting other stuff done, we figured we'd upload the charts for you to stare at and pixel peep. We've pre-selected the G5 and the Galaxy S7 edge for this comparison, but you can replace those with any phone you chose - provided, of course, we've had it in for review (chances are we have).
Photo Compare ToolWe've done our testing on a pre-production G6 unit running early firmware. The results from the final firmware may differ from the ones posted here.
Mind you, we've only shot with the regular camera, and not the ultra-wide-angle one. Getting to fill the frame with the posters requires us to move the phone too close to the wall, which compromises lighting - the phone literally casts a shadow on the charts. You'd have to wait for the full review for some real-worlds samples, of which you'll get plenty - wide and regular alike.

Naturally, we recorded the test posters on video as well. The framegrabs can be found in our Video compare tool, and we've pre-selected the same players for this one as well, but you can arrange a battle of your choosing.
