Metal Huawei C199 with 5.5-inch screen passes TENAA certification
A metal-clad Huawei C199 got its certification from the Chinese
wireless authority TENAA. It packs a 5.5" 720p screen and is powered by a
homebrewed HiSilicon Kirin 920 chipset.
The chipset is based on ARM's big.LITTLE design with four Cortex-A15 cores and four Cortex-A7 cores, plus Mali-T628 MP4 graphics. The phone comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage and will launch with Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box.

The Huawei C199 has a 13MP main camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The connectivity section is well covered with support for both GSM and CDMA networks, plus the two LTE versions (international and Chinese flavors).
The C199 bears the a China Telecom's E surfing logo on its back and is expected to launch at CNY 2,000 ($320 / €240), though that last part hasn’t been officially confirmed.
