AllView outs Impera S, Impera I WP phones and Impera I8 slate

AllView announced today three Windows devices - the Windows Phone 8.1-powered smartphones Impera S and Impera I, plus the Windows 8.1-based 8" Impera I8 tablet.
AllView Impera S features a 5" 720p IPS display protected by Dragontrail Glass and runs on a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 CPU paired with 1GB of RAM. The rest of the specs include 8GB storage, 8MP rear and 2MP front snappers, 3G connectivity, and dual-SIM capabilities.

The Impera S will launch in August at RON749 or €170.
The AllView Impera I comes with a 4.7" 720p IPS display, again protected by Dragontrail Glass. Its internals are the same as in the Impera S - a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, 8MP/2MP cameras, 3G, dual-SIM.

AllView Impera I is cheaper - it will retail at RON699 or €160, starting from August.
Finally, there is the AllView Impera I8 slate. It comes with an 8" IPS display of 1280x800 pixel resolution. The Impera I8 is powered by an Intel Atom Z3735E chipset with a quad-core 1.33GHz 64bit processor and 1GB of RAM. You will also get a 5MP rear and 2MP front snappers plus 16GB of expandable internal storage.

AllView Impera I8 is running on Windows 8.1, which comes with Office 365 and 1TB of OneDrive cloud storage. The slate will be priced at RON849 or €194, but there is no release date announced just yet.
Those three gadgets surely seems like great offers and the low prices were possible thanks to Microsoft dropping all licensing fees for Windows on sub-9" devices.

Galaxy A9 Pro international variant is now Bluetooth certified

The Samsung SM-A910F - which is alleged to be the international variant of the Galaxy A9 Pro (SM-A9100) - has now received certification from the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), indicating an imminent launch. This comes just a few weeks after the handset (both standard and dual-SIM models) received Wi-Fi certification from the WiFi Alliance (WFA). Prior to that, the phone was spotted on India's import/export tracking website Zauba. Sadly, pricing and availability details of the Samsung SM-A910F aren't yet known. Opera Max celebrates 50 million Android users with VIP mode

Opera announced that their data-saving app Opera Max reached 50 million active users. Along with that it updated the app which now has VIP mode for unlimited data savings and privacy. Opera was always aiming to compress the web. With their Opera Max free VPN application you are able to lower your data usage when browsing and streaming audio and video. The only requirement is to tap a button every 12 hours to lengthen you data-saving experience. When tapped, the app shows various ads which are the main income for the data-compressing servers of the Norwegian software company. Surgeon Simulator for iPad is a port of the popular game that was released on Steam last year. Although the game claims to be a simulator, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. How to Use PS4 Remote Play

PlayStation Vita Remote Play allows PS4 users to play console games through their PS Vita. After updating software on both platforms to the most recent firmware, you will find a new prompt on the PS Vita that states "PS4 Link". Clicking on this will search for an active PlayStation 4 in proximity range.  You must allow your PS4 and Vita to link up first, however.
