Meizu teases Flyme 6, to be announced on November 30

Today we saw the Meizu Pro 7 flagship leak, but the Meizu news for the day are far from over.
Meizu has just shared the announcement date and some teasers about its upcoming Flyme 6 OS based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The premiere will happen on November 30 at a special Meizu tech event.
There are quite a few teasers available on Weibo, but nothing really revealing about the upcoming Flyme 6 OS. The only thing we know is the event's slogan - Make 6 Great Again. Again, really?
We'll know more in a week though, so the wait is almost over.
Now that we know for sure the Pro 7 will premiere next year, we all thought Meizu X will be the star at the event next week. The device will be the first to carry the new Helio X30 chip with a powerful 10-core processor and the latest PowerVR 7XT quad-core GPU, the same one used in the iPhone 7 series. The Meizu m5 note with a Helio P20 chip was also rumored to make an appearance.
But today a leaked sketch suggests there is something else happening behind the scenes. This mysterious Meizu smartphone has a curved display, a dual-camera, and an odd Meizu logo placement at the back at a dedicated circle. This device is not the Meizu X, nor the Meizu Pro 7.
Perhaps Meizu will be announcing another device at the event, or it will go public next year. Or maybe it's just a concept that won't see the light of day ever. Who knows. But still, we'll be following the story and we'll keep you in the loop.
Thanks to everyone who sent these stories!
