Android 7.0 Nougat arrives on Sprint's LG G5

The latest smartphone to be graced with an update to Android 7.0 Nougat is LG's G5. Specifically, the version of the G5 sold by Sprint in the US. The carrier has approved the update and it's already in the process of rolling out, following the South Korean release.
It comes in the form of a 1.27GB over-the-air download, so grabbing it over Wi-Fi is recommended. The update essentially makes the G5 run the UI that LG debuted on the V20 - it's a version that's a bit closer to stock Android than what the G5 itself shipped with.
Aside from all the new features in Nougat, this release packs the November security fixes too, so once you've installed it you'll be on the November 1 security patch level.
