Galaxy S8 Bixby voice assisted AI to work with Samsung Pay

Samsung is reportedly working on its own voice-assisted AI system, along the lines of Siri , Cortana and Google Assistant. It will likely be called Bixby with a male voice, and there will be a possible female variant as well called Kestra.
The information comes courtesy of Dutch website GalaxyClub. Samsung has seemingly filed for trademarks for all variations of the Bixby name with the description ‘Computer software for enabling hands-free use of a mobile phone through voice recognition’ and ‘Computer software used to process voice commands’. The voice assistant will also be able to process your online payments.
Samsung previous came up with S Voice after Apple introduced Siri but it wasn't very good and the feature was eventually hidden and made optional on later devices, with Google Now becoming the default. But in recent times Samsung has been trying to move away from its dependence on Google and its services, so it's not a surprise that it would try to come up with its own alternative to the new Google Assistant, which isn't even available on non-Pixel phones.

Grand Theft Auto V Dominates US Sales in September

Nintendo's 3DS wins the hardware war. The NPD Group has revealed the top ten best-selling games in the United States for the month of September, 2013. Total sales – including hardware, software, and accessories – amounted to $1.079 billion for the month, up 27 percent from the same month last year. While hardware sales were down 13 percent compared to September of 2012 -- $183.2 million in hardware was sold this month – accessories were up two percent, and software sales were up a staggering 40 percent. An alleged update of Samsung's Galaxy A5 model, predictably named the A5 (2017) has been circulating the rumor mill for some time now. Rockstar Unveils New GTA V Screens, Los Santos Travelogue

12 new images of the action in Los Santos. Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto V is just a little over a month away from launch, but you can check out 12 just released screenshots right now. The images show an assortment of urban and rural areas in the sprawling Los Santos, and another look at the action from under the water. And hey, if extreme car chases aren't your thing, there's even a picture of Michael playing some tennis and apparently pointing at something. But Rockstar released more than just screenshots on Tuesday, adding a travelogue where you can explore some areas of Los Santos and Blaine County in more detail. While we already knew that Oppo's upcoming R7s smartphone will have 3GB RAM, it has now been revealed that the device will also be offered in a 4GB RAM variant.
