Marshmallow update starts rolling out to Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Samsung has started rolling out the Marshmallow update to Galaxy Tab A. The update, which brings Android version 6.0.1 and bumps the build number to T550XXU1BPE1, is currently hitting the 9.7-inch Wi-Fi model (SM-T550) in France.
Aside from the usual Marshmallow goodies - including Doze, Google Now on Tap, and redesigned app permissions - it isn't yet known what else (if at all) the update brings along. It is currently only available via Samsung Smart Switch, although OTA roll out shouldn't be far off.
