Seriously, there is a Pepsi smartphone coming our way

The smartphone landscape is about to become considerably more sugary, ladies and gentlemen. PepsiCo confirmed to Reuters that it will launch a line of Pepsi smartphones and accessories in China.
PepsiCo will utilize a licensing partner for the venture. The first smartphone is rumored to carry the epic name Pepsi P1.
Specs-wise, the Pepsi P1 will reportedly feature a MediaTek MT6592 chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, and 5.5” 1080p display. A 13MP main camera, 5MP front-facing unit, and 3,000mAh battery are also said to be on board. Pepsi P1 will boot Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The oddly branded smartphone is expected to launch in China later this month with $205 price tag. There is no word on a diet version for the time being.
