Gionee F106 clears TENAA with quad-core CPU, 8MP camera

A new Gionee smartphone has been certified by the Chinese telecommunication authority TENAA. The Gionee F106, the TENAA listing reveals, is powered by an SoC with quad-core 1.5GHz processor, and sports a 4.99-inch HD display.
RAM is 2GB, while internal memory is 16GB, and is further expandable via a microSD card slot. The device features an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front unit. Measuring 144×70.8×8.4mm and weighing in at 150.2g, the phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and packs in a 2,660mAh battery.
Color options include gold and silver. Pricing and availability information is't currently known.
