Leaked video shows off upcoming Tizen-powered Samsung Z2

A video has surfaced which shows the upcoming Tizen-powered Samsung Z2 smartphone alongside the two Tizen phones already available in the market, the Z1 and Z3. Specifically, the video shows a Unity app being run on all three devices.
Sadly, only the front of the handset is shown off in the video, which itself isn't very clear. The leak also doesn't reveal any of the device's specifications.
The Z2 has already received WiFi and Bluetooth certifications, and is expected to launch sometime in October this year. Aside from Asia, the phone will also be available in select African markets, a first for Tizen-powered devices.
As for specs, rumors so far have revealed a quad-core CPU, 4.5-inch display, 1GB RAM, Tizen 3.0 OS, and 2,000mAh battery.

Samsung is working on releasing an Exynos 8870 chipset, which is going to be less powerful than its top-of-the-line Exynos 8890. Allwinner announces its first 64-bit chipset

Allwinner announced that it will be launching its first 64-bit chipset by the end of the year. A 64-bit version of Android is ready and will be shown running on the Juno development platform at the Hong Kong Electronics Fair in October. Details on the chipset are unclear at the moment, other than it will be based on ARMv8-A cores, so Cortex-A53, Cortex-A57 or perhaps both. Allwinner already has a big.LITTLE configuration with its octa-core UltraOcta A80 chipset. Anyway, the new chipset will support playback of 4K video encoded with H.265. Allwinner targets tablets and this new chipset will be no exception (they lack modems). Allwinner may not be a well-known brand in the west, but its chipsets powered most Android tablets shipped in 2012 and 2013 as Allwinner was the vendor of choice for white box manufacturers. TCL (alcatel) is probably making BlackBerry's next smartphone

The next BlackBerry smartphone will be unveiled next month, according to the company's CEO. He's also previously said to expect two cheaper offerings this year compared to the high-end Priv - one with a physical keyboard and one without. Android N Developer Preview now available on Sony Xperia Z3

Android N is yet to be officially named later this year, but it was already detailed last month. It offers multi-window (split-screen) multitasking, improved Doze mode, better notification handling among others. The Android N Developer Preview was seeded to Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9, Nexus Player, and Pixel C in early March. The Preview even saw its first firmware update in mid-March. Nexus 5 Snap Case now available on Play Store

Google has added a new case for the Nexus 5 on the Play Store. Called the Snap Case, the new case is made from a harder material and unlike the previous Bumper Case or the QuickCover does not wrap completely around the device. The new Snap Case is lighter and thinner than the other two cases and is designed to offer protection without adding too much to the size and weight of the phone. There are already several variations of this design available for the Nexus 5 from third party manufacturers. The Snap Case is available in black, white, grey, aqua and clear for $29.99, which is a bit steep as you can get a similar case from other manufacturers for half the price.
