Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition in GameStop Stores Early

See Lara on next-gen a few days ahead of schedule.

GameStop stores are now selling copies of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, a few days ahead of its planned January 28th release date.
IGN confirmed with multiple local stores that the game is in stock for both next-gen platforms, and a tweet from IGN reader RiseUp44 shows off a photo of the PS4 version along with a bag and receipt.

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition was announced in December and has been “re-built specifically for next gen consoles” along with “an obsessively detailed Lara and a fully realized lifelike world."
Tomb Raider originally hit Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC in March 2013. For more on that version, read our review, and look out for our thoughts on the Definitive Edition very soon.
