PayPal's instant checkout service One Touch now available in 13 new markets
PayPal's One Touch service, which launched in the US last year and
arrived in the UK and Canada early this year, is now available in a
total of 16 markets. This was announced by the company's global head of
merchant and next-generation commerce Bill Ready.
The 13 new markets where the service has been extended include
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands,
Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey. PayPal says that
eligible merchants in these markets won't have to do anything to enable
the service as it will happen automatically.
One Touch, as the name suggests, allows you to make payments with a single touch, hence eliminating the need for user-names and passwords each time you pay. The only condition being that the device should be same.
