LG confirms 10.1-inch G Pad II unveiling for this year's IFA

LG has announced that the 10.1-inch variant of its G Pad II tablet will be unveiled at this year's IFA event, which is scheduled for early next month in Berlin. The device, which will be available in both LTE and Wi-Fi versions, will go on sale in key markets in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Specs-wise, the slate is powered by a Snapdragon 800 SoC, and sports a a WUXGA (1920 x 1200) display. It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal memory, and packs in a 7400mAh battery, which according to LG is "the largest in its class."
In terms of camera, the model features a 5MP rear and a 2MP front shooter. It runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box, and will be available in a Brilliant Bronze color option.
The announcement comes less than a couple of weeks after the 8-inch variant was made official in the company's home country of South Korea.
