Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will have a dual-curved screen, a tweet teases

Xiaomi execs are preparing their presentation for next Tuesday, October 25, when they will be unveiling the Xiaomi Mi Note 2. Meanwhile, the social media team is building up the hype - the most recent revelation confirms the curved screen of the upcoming flagship.
A dual-curved screen matches the renders we saw earlier this week. It will be a QHD AMOLED screen, if the leaked slides are to be believed. Xiaomi’s Twitter account is mum on the subject of dual-cameras, but we expect a few more teaser tweets before the event commences.
The Mi Note 2 will arrive next Tuesday at an event that will be livestreamed on Facebook (join the group if you want to watch). It is expected to have a Snapdragon 821 chipset, up to 6GB of RAM, 4,100mAh battery and a reasonable price (expected to be $400-$450 based on RAM/storage).

Lately we told you about some updates that brought parking availability on Android and Popular Times’ evolution into real-time data on iOS. But now this information will be even more accessible for you - Google is placing the Transit and Traffic buttons on a bottom bar, instead of the menu that has to be pulled from the left side. The Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 smartwatch has been rumored to come out in tandem with the Galaxy S5. Now a new publication in a Korean media, which claims to be in touch with Samsung insiders, the new generation smartwatch will be announced in March or April. The announcement is likely to happen in London, probably at an Unpacked event. The insider also claims that Samsung has felt the need to radically change the design of the upcoming Gear. The overhaul will include a new, flexible OLED display. 10,000 Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact owners can test drive Android Marshmallow

The new software is built on feedback Sony received from the initiative launched earlier this year. If you want in, you'll have to check in with the Concept Sign-up app . Halo series could launch soon. During an industry breakfast in Los Angeles, Microsoft's president of entertainment and digital, Nancy Tellem, said the planned original TV programming for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One will tentatively launch in early 2014. According to Variety , Tellem acknowledged the process to get the new shows on Xbox consoles has been "slower" than expected. Many owners of the LG G4 have complained about a bootloop issue, but so far without receiving any assistance whatsoever from the Korean smartphone maker. Well, that's finally changed. LG has now acknowledged the bootloop issue, and after a thorough investigation has concluded that a hardware problem is to blame. Specifically, the bootloops are caused by a "loose contact between components". The company has vowed to fix the problem for affected devices, with no additional cost for its customers of course. It turns out that the G4 units experiencing this are not from one particular retail partner - they can be among those sold by carriers, or third-parties.
