Spotify launching in Indonesia this month; and Japanese launch on the cards
Music streaming company Spotify has announced that it will be
launching its service in Indonesia - the world's fourth most populous
country - this month on March 30. The announcement was made by the
company a few days ago on Twitter.
In addition, the company is also reportedly planning to further
expand its foot print in Asia with an eye on the Japanese markets. Spotify is said to be already on a hiring spree in Japan, and
have also signed an agreement with the country's top messaging app Line -
the deal will allow users of the app to share Spotify tracks.
