Alleged vivo Xplay5S benchmark listing reveals 5.5-inch QHD display

The vivo Xplay5S, which is said to be the successor to the Chinese company's Xplay3S smartphone, will be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 820 chipset and will have 4GB of RAM. This was revealed in an Antutu listing of the device.
If you recall, this is not the first time that SD820 SoC and 4GB RAM have been rumored for the Xplay5S. However, what's new here is the 5.5-inch QHD display as well as the 16MP rear and 8MP front shooters, which is a downgrade from the 6.0-inch 4K display and 21MP/12MP camera combo rumored earlier.
Meanwhile, Chinese analyst Jan Jiutang says that the handset will ship with a whopping 6GB RAM, juts like the Huawei P9. It's unclear what that assumption is based on, but we'll have to wait a while longer to find out who's correct.
