Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga 2-in-1 gets a whopping $530 price cut

If the $799 price tag of Lenovo's Thinkpad Yoga 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop has kept you away from it all this while, here is some good news: the device has received a whopping $530 price cut in the United States.
The laptop - that can have its screen folded to give you a tablet-like experience - is now selling for $270. Amazon has it listed for that price on its US website, and the deal is said to be available for limited time only.
For $270, you get a 2-in-1 laptop powered by Intel N2940 Quad-Core 1.83GHz processor and featuring an 11.6-inch touchscreen of 1366 x 768 pixel resolution. It has 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD built in storage. The device runs Windows 10 Professional.

Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 to come with new design, flexible display

The Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 smartwatch has been rumored to come out in tandem with the Galaxy S5. Now a new publication in a Korean media, which claims to be in touch with Samsung insiders, the new generation smartwatch will be announced in March or April. The announcement is likely to happen in London, probably at an Unpacked event. The insider also claims that Samsung has felt the need to radically change the design of the upcoming Gear. The overhaul will include a new, flexible OLED display. Additionally, the report says that Samsung has gone to quite the extremes and has changed all the parts that look “dull or boring.” Previous rumors have hinted that the Gear 2 might be 15-20% thinner than the first generation. 10,000 Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact owners can test drive Android Marshmallow

G4 bootloops are caused by hardware issue, LG vows to repair affected units

Many owners of the LG G4 have complained about a bootloop issue, but so far without receiving any assistance whatsoever from the Korean smartphone maker. Well, that's finally changed. LG has now acknowledged the bootloop issue, and after a thorough investigation has concluded that a hardware problem is to blame. Specifically, the bootloops are caused by a "loose contact between components". The company has vowed to fix the problem for affected devices, with no additional cost for its customers of course. It turns out that the G4 units experiencing this are not from one particular retail partner - they can be among those sold by carriers, or third-parties.
